The case file, read for you. The case, still run by you.
Plexolegal is the case intelligence platform for UK claimant law firms. Hundreds of pages become a cited chronology and a one-page review; limitation dates are watched daily; drafts arrive in your house style. Your team approves every word that leaves.
Hundreds of pages become a cited chronology. a one-page review. a morning briefing. a first draft.
What your team gets
Five capabilities built around the work claimant firms actually do, activated as modules and configured to your practice area.
Record Intelligence
Upload the file's records: medical, employment, expert reports, correspondence. Back comes a full chronology with every entry referenced to its source page, key dates and treatment history extracted, gaps in the records highlighted, pre-existing issues flagged, plus an indexed, bookmarked bundle and a one-page summary for the fee earner. Hours of reading becomes minutes of checking.

Case Reviews & Valuation
A one-page review for any matter: liability and causation assessment, evidence outstanding, limitation status and a preliminary valuation range grounded in real outcomes. Always a starting point for the fee earner's judgement, never a substitute for it.
Morning Briefing
A daily digest of what needs attention across the whole book: limitation dates inside six months, files going quiet, missing records, matters likely ready to settle. Manage hundreds of live matters without opening dozens of files.
Drafting Assistant
Structured first drafts in your firm's house style: witness statements built through guided questions, client update letters in one click, letters of claim from your own templates. Every draft is approved by your team before it goes anywhere.
Voice Assistant
Ask the case file a question out loud and get an answer back with citations: between meetings, mid-drafting, or while reading something else. The same approval rules apply; speech changes the speed, not the safeguards.
Clinical precision, in digital form
A working preview, shown with illustrative data.
"The platform does the reading. Your people keep the judgement."
Integration without friction
Plexolegal is designed as a secure layer that sits alongside your existing case management system. Nothing changes in how your team runs matters day to day.
Your system stays the master
Documents flow in and out through a supervised shared folder that works with leading UK case management setups. Approved outputs return filed per matter, ready to attach.
Human in the loop
Every AI-produced chronology, review and draft is validated by a fee earner before it enters the case file. The platform proposes; your people decide.
Auditable trail
A permanent record of how every summary and finding was derived from the original bundle, retained for seven years.
Built around your teams
Permissions, templates and workflows are configured to however your teams are structured, not the other way around.
Client data, treated like client data
Built for firms whose regulator, insurer and conscience all ask the same questions. A Data Processing Agreement and a firm-specific DPIA are part of onboarding, and our sub-processor list is available on request.
Shaped by working firms, not focus groups
Version one is being built hand in hand with a founding firm specialising in industrial disease. A small number of founding places remain for claimant firms in adjacent practice areas.
What founding partners receive
Preferential terms locked in for as long as you remain a customer, exclusivity in your region and practice area while your module is shaped, and direct influence on the roadmap through a quarterly partner council.
What we ask in return
Real-world input: anonymised historic files to validate accuracy against, examples of your house style, and an hour each quarter on what should be built next. Your practice shapes the product.
Frequently asked
What is Plexolegal?
Plexolegal is a case intelligence platform for UK claimant law firms. It reads the case file (records, reports, correspondence), builds chronologies cited to their source pages, produces one-page case reviews, watches limitation dates daily and drafts documents in the firm's house style. Fee earners approve everything; the platform never acts alone.
Who is it for?
Claimant law firms in England and Wales running document-heavy caseloads. Version one is being shaped with a founding firm specialising in industrial disease, and the platform is configured to each firm's practice area rather than fixed to one.
How does it handle scanned or handwritten records?
Scanned and photocopied pages are converted to searchable text before any analysis. Unclear passages are flagged for human review rather than guessed, and genuinely illegible handwriting is marked as such, never silently invented.
Does it cite the original source material?
Yes. Every chronology entry, review finding and valuation point references the bundle page it came from, so checking any claim against the original document takes seconds.
Where is our data processed, and who can see it?
All processing and storage happens exclusively in UK and EU regions on certified enterprise infrastructure. Each firm's data lives in its own isolated environment, protected by enforced multi-factor authentication and a complete audit trail, and it is never used to train AI models. A Data Processing Agreement and a firm-specific DPIA come as standard.
How do we get started?
Email [email protected] and ask for the founding partner pack. Founding firms receive preferential terms locked in for as long as they remain customers, exclusivity in their practice area and region while their module is shaped, and a quarterly council that directly steers the roadmap.
